Ispeći koru.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fil- 250 gr. mleka, 125 gr. &amp;scaron;ećera, 3 ka&amp;scaron;ike bra&amp;scaron;na. Napraviti cicvaru, kada se ohladi dodati 125 gr. margarina i umutiti. Pati&amp;scaron;panj iseći ča&amp;scaron;icom pa sastavljati filom po dva, i okoli namazati isto filom, potom uvaljati u kokos. Dodati 6 ka&amp;scaron;ika &amp;scaron;ećera, 6 ka&amp;scaron;ika bra&amp;scaron;na, 3 ka&amp;scaron;ike ulja, 1 pra&amp;scaron;ak za pecivo, dve ka&amp;scaron;ike kakaoa. Peći u podmazanom i bra&amp;scaron;nom posutom plehu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preliv: u&amp;scaron;pinovati 350 gr. &amp;scaron;ećera sa jednom ča&amp;scaron;om vode i preliti ohlađeno testo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Krem: 1/2 l mleka, kuvati sa 9 ka&amp;scaron;ika o&amp;scaron;trog bra&amp;scaron;na, i 12 ka&amp;scaron;ika &amp;scaron;ećera. Staviti na podmazanu foliju i su&amp;scaron;iti u rerni 30 min. na 150 stepeni. ponoviti pri puta.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fil: Umutiti 15 žumanaca sa 20 ka&amp;scaron;ika &amp;scaron;ećera, 10 ka&amp;scaron;ika bra&amp;scaron;na i skuvati u 1 litri mleka.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Umutiti 375 gr. margarina sa 259 gr. &amp;scaron;ećera i pome&amp;scaron;ati sa ohlađenim kremom.  &lt;p&gt;Potrebno je:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr. putera,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr. &amp;scaron;ećera,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 vanil &amp;scaron;ećer,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr. prah &amp;scaron;ećera,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 jaja,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;70 gr. olju&amp;scaron;tenih i samlevenih badema ili oraha,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr. čokolade u prahu,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 gr. bra&amp;scaron;na,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 gr. skrobnog bra&amp;scaron;na(ili 100 gr. bra&amp;scaron;na),&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pra&amp;scaron;ak za pecivo,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;7-10 ka&amp;scaron;ika vi&amp;scaron;njevače,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;malo soka od vi&amp;scaron;nja,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pola litre slatke pavlake,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;vi&amp;scaron;nje iz kompota 750 gr. ili sveže ceđenje oko 500 gr. ili zamrznute.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Posebno umutiti čvrst sneg od belanaca a u drugoj posudi penasto umutiti puter, &amp;scaron;ećer i vanilin &amp;scaron;ećer pa dodati žumanaca, badem ili orahe, čokoladu u prahu, bra&amp;scaron;no i skrobin sa pra&amp;scaron;kom za pecivo. U to lagano ume&amp;scaron;ati sneg od belanaca. Kalup za pečenje dobro namazati i posuti bra&amp;scaron;nom pa izliti masu i peći 20-30 minuta na 180-200 stepeni. Pečeno ohladiti i iseći na tri kore. Pavlaku dobro umutiti sa 100 gr. &amp;scaron;ećera u prahu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Filovati na sledeći način: na tacnu staviti donju koru i poprskati vi&amp;scaron;njevačom pome&amp;scaron;anom sa malo soka od vi&amp;scaron;anja, pa staviti deo &amp;scaron;laga oko 2 cm i preko &amp;scaron;laga idu vi&amp;scaron;nje( treba ih dobro ocediti). Zatim ide druga kora a postupak isti. Nakon toga treća kora koja se premazuje samo &amp;scaron;lagom i sa strane celu tortu.
